Our expert chefs have also been behind the company’s continuous success at the world class culinary competition, Salon Culinaire, which saw the team take 50 medals in 2014, meaning you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to epicurean experience, whatever your taste.
Expertise, authenticity and passion for food are the defining characteristics of our catering team. Our chefs are of 19 different nationalities from five continents. Each is handpicked for their regional culinary expertise and hospitality track record. Their first-hand knowledge and vast experience guarantees the authenticity of the cuisine we prepare from around the world. They share their experience and learn our house specialities, bringing depth, quality and consistency to the menus we offer.
